The Way Of the Cross

In this sermon Tino teaches about the Way of the Cross as modelled by Jesus in His death and resurrection.  In the spiritual realm we are called to allow the ‘old things’ to die in order that God might transform them and bring life, just as a seed decays and deteriorates when it is planted in good ground in order that it might germinate and transform into a plant capable of bearing fruit.

We see this principle modelled in the ultimate transformation in Christ who in the way of the cross was the persecuted victim of the forces of empire and religion (Pilate and Caiaphas) but was vindicated by the Father through resurrection as the risen Lord of all!
